The Kriegsmarine Coastal Artillery Badge (Kriegsabzeichen für Marineartillerie) was a military decoration awarded to members of the German Navy (Kriegsmarine) who served in coastal artillery units during World War II.
This badge, instituted on June 24, 1941, was designed by Wilhelm Ernst Peekhaus. It featured an artillery piece surrounded by an oak leaf wreath with a German national eagle clutching a swastika at the top. It was typically made of metal and had a pin-back design to be attached to the uniform.
The badge was awarded to personnel who demonstrated significant service and proficiency while serving in coastal artillery batteries, which were responsible for defending Germany's coastal regions.
