4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and understand Site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from ad networks such as Google Ads or Meta.
- Essential cookies are required for the Site and checkout to function.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site, such as checkout, from working. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals do not change how we handle your data.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that act on our behalf, such as e-commerce platform and website hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, shipping and fulfillment, email delivery, customer service, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Shipping carriers and customs authorities, to deliver international orders and complete required customs declarations.
- Payment processors and card networks, including when needed to respond to chargebacks and payment disputes.
- Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, customers, or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
6. Data Retention, Security, and International Transfers
Retention. We keep personal information as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Order and transaction records are generally kept for at least seven years. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections at checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit or order from outside the U.S., including the United Kingdom or European Union, your information will be transferred to the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the necessity of processing your order.
