Waffen SS Party Badge with outer enamel ring in red.  A variation of this popular badge with motto, "Meine Ehre heißt Treue".  This is a German phrase that translates to "My honor is called loyalty" in English. This phrase was the motto of the Schutzstaffel (SS).
