The 1939 Bar to the Iron Cross (Spange zum Eisernen Kreuz) was a German military decoration instituted on September 1, 1939, during World War II. It was awarded to recipients of the 1914 Iron Cross who subsequently qualified for the Iron Cross again through military service during World War II.
