The German Social Welfare Decoration (Ehrenzeichen für deutsche Volkspflege) was an honor established by Adolf Hitler on April 1, 1939. This decoration was meant to recognize individuals and organizations for their contributions to social welfare and charitable work in Nazi Germany.
There were two classes of the German Social Welfare Decoration:
